Hello!

UDP is considering projects of any length (for chapbooks and full-length books to be published in 2022 or later) in any of the following genres: poetry, translation, experimental nonfiction, and performance texts; we also welcome submissions of projects that fall between genres, and books by artists.

Additionally, UDP is accepting chapbook proposals for the SeƱal Series. Please see the call below.

We encourage the submission of works-in-progress. Please include information about how far along it is and when you expect it to be completed.

Please submit a sample of the manuscript, no longer than twenty pages, in PDF format. In your cover letter, in the body of the submittable submission form, please include one paragraph about yourself and/or collaborators (or, if a translation, the author) and no more than one paragraph about the project. If a translation, please provide the original text that matches the manuscript sample.

All submissions received before August 2020 will be responded to in the fall of 2020.

Simultaneous submissions are accepted, but please withdraw your manuscript if it is accepted elsewhere.
